Aspen Environmental and Engineering is a full-service engineering and environmental services company headquartered in Park City, Utah. Aspen works with other professionals as part of an association of engineers, scientists, and environmental specialists with complementary skills and far-reaching experience. These professionals come together as associates and subcontractors to meet specific client needs for a specific project, thereby keeping overhead costs low and the level of experience and expertise high. This ad hoc, tribal model of professional cooperation and dynamic team-building gives each client the best in engineering quality with the lowest per-project costs.

Principals

Tony Hiatt P.E.

Mr. Hiatt is an environmental engineer and senior project manager with experience in investigation and remediation, permitting and regulatory compliance for projects large and small. He is a certified Professional Engineer in California, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, Washington, Montana, and Wyoming, and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Tony has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University, an MBA from Westminster College, and over thirty years of engineering and environmental experience working in the industrial sector. He has managed projects of all types for large companies, and a myriad of small project-based enterprises requiring skills and expertise in all types of engineering and environmental tasks.

Cliff Wallman

Mr. Wallman is a Southern California-based hydrogeologist who began working in the environmental consulting field in 1985. He has extensive experience in well design and installation, groundwater remediation, and litigation support. Cliff has overseen major environmental and hydrogeologic projects in the western U.S. and South America for municipalities and industrial/commercial clients. Cliff has a B.S. in Geology from Utah State University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
